Hey guys,
been away for a while but defenetly do browse the forums here and there. I used steroids when I was 18 this was 3 years ago. I did a cycle of dbols, sust, and equiopoise. I ran it for 10 weeks takin 20 shots of sust 20 shots equpoise and 250 dbols. Now I am 22 years old and been out of wroking out for 2 years (started again 6 months ago) after I did the cycle I saw results but not what I thought I would see. I never had a solid diet or anything and yes I messed up big time but I can't go back in time and do anything about it. I did run a some clomid/nolvadex after the cycle as well for 2 weeks only though . Now my question is will it be very difficult for me to start getting big? Have I caused enough damage that I will continue to have to take steroids etc. to get bigger? I have been working out again for the last 6 months and am seeing results but obviously not as fast as I thought they would come (probably why I am posting this) Any help would be appreciated. I have come up with a pretty solid diet and everything now but was curious as to what damage I have caused myself . Thanks again (and yes I got fat now and no i did not keep any gains )
