Whenever I attempt to download this chapter I get re-directed to the following URL:

Now, I'm not stupid. I notice the "Hi Abuser" thing at the end. How am I an "abuser?" I can understand If I'm trying to download 15 chapters at once, or if I have downloaded 5 chapters in the last minute, but I haven't.

Yesterday I read the first five chapters and got this warning a few times. I waited an hour and tried again and it let me through. Not that big of a deal. I never abused it because I downloaded a chapter, read it--took my time too--and then went and downloaded the next.

I haven't downloaded any today, so why am I getting this message? If there's some kind of limit, I'm sorry. I read the rules and nowhere did it mention a download limit as low as one download per hour--which was about the rate yesterday.

I'm obviously a newbie. If there is some kind of a limit per user or a limit on the system as a whole, just tell me. Mayber the server only allows a certain amount of downloads at a time.
