I just tried posting a review for a chapter and the site kept giving me SQL syntax errors. I had to remove all the apostrophes ( ' ) to make it work, which makes it difficult to use contractions or possessive nouns.

I think the review text isn't properly quoted before inserting into the database (or more optimally, ? placeholder substitution should be used). But then I'm not really an expert with these things...
