Well, the trend has hit North America strongly. I myself have been exposed to hookah all my life and smoke it once a week.

People are convinced that it is much better than smoking a ciggerates and gives fewer health risks, but recent research is doubting this.

More bars and cafes are offering hookah smoking and, at least at my school hookah smoking is very very high.

Lets discuss if the health benifits of smoking hookah vs. ciggarettes.

Lets bust this myth.
