i quit goign to the gym for about a month , well off and on , but u can just call it not going at all in my judgement , i do trim work during the day so by the end of the day my t-shirt is soaked, but yet i still put on about 15 -18lbs
back up to 196 lbs, 5'11 prolly 14.5 bf now , i was wondering if this workout would be right to get back into it, i am building but not wanting to get the acess fat with bulking, so in other words kind of wanting to take the rest of fat i have and turn it into muscle

day1 - chest, tris, shoulders, abs
day2 - legs, back, abs
day3 - bi's , shoulders, abs
day4 - chest, tris, abs
day5 - cardio, abs
day6 - legs, back, abs
day7 -cardio

then restart cycle, and the only problem i have i cannot find a eating schedule anywhere, i have look on different sites and not found a eating schedule for what i am trying to do , so if you have any advice or a link i can goto to find

meal 1 - time
meal 2 - time
meal 3 - time
meal 4 - time
meal 5 - time
