Since there's supposed to be nine bijuus there is possible that there were nine jinchuurikis, and it's already been mentioned that some of them has been extracted by Akatsuki. Well, it hasn't literally been said, but what has been said is that some villages has almost gladly given up their jinchuurikis to Akatsuki. Then let's assume that some bijuus have been divided to Akatsuki members. I don't believe that Itachi has a jinchuuriki already, but I believe the power of Kyuubi (which is the strongest one) will be given to the unkown leader (since he's the leader). If we assume that Sanbi has been divided to a member there couldn't be anyone more fitting than Kisame, isn't that right?
The leader said that he had much chakra even for an Akatsuki, and Neji said that he had the most amount of chakra he'd seen (except from Naruto) and that was his clone after giving away 1/3 of his chakra. It could only be natural that he has a bijuu sealed up. Let's assume that he's the only one in Akatsuki with a bijuu, then why did he get Sanbi? The reason could be that he's ranked 6th from the top and the bijuus are divided to the members regarding their rank (if those are actually divided).

I don't know whether or not he is a jinchuuriki, since himself has acknowledged Itachi as stronger than him - and Itachi is probably without one. Itachi could be second from the top though and therefore recieve the Hachibi, which is a snake bijuu with "crimson red eyes" (sharingan?).
I´m pretty sure that the theory of Akatsuki having jinchuurikis is true, but regarding Kisame being Sanbi is only speculation. What do you think?
