One thing that ive noticed about my source, model d and memorymoog is that their filters all open much wider in the top end than the voyagers. Its not particularly a bad thing but i find it hard to get that really hi-liquid sound from the voyager withou eq. Why would the voyager not sound as bright?

Dont get me wrong,the voyager sits in a mix much better than the older moogs imo but im just wondering why it sounds different in the top end when the lpf is meant to be the classic moog design.gearlist-voyager ae,moog source,memorymog plus, korg ms20,arp string ensemble,,hammondb3, fender rhodes suitcase mk1 and stage mk2, clav d6.

You can get extra top end out of the Voyager filters by slamming it op...
