I was checking out this Mighty Chat service that eBay just certified. I personally do not think this is beneficial for any seller. I can see rampant abuse if there is no way to edit and clear out unwanted posts. If you think people use feedbacks as a way to retaliate just wait unless they find someone using this service. Maybe I am missing the picture here but it seems to be more of a distraction than a benefit. What do you think? Dave
