just been visiting the gas station at Sonicstate and apparently the voyager electric blue was on display at namm. from what i can work out the electric blue is the same as the anniversary edition but minus the anniversary badge on the side.The electric blue uses the same black cabinet as the anniversary edition but has metallic blue flakes in the laquer which catch the light. think its one of those things you'd need to actually see to make a judgement on its look.

I still think its a shame that this new version basically devalues the anniversary's status and feel it would have been better if moog stopped offering the black finish as it was meant to be limited edition. they should instead offer the performer only in natural wood finish but let the users choose different colour backlights for the front panel. IMO. gearlist-voyager ae,moog source,memorymog plus, korg ms20,arp string ensemble,,hammondb3, fender rhodes suitcase mk1 and stage mk2, clav d6.
