A while back, on a different noise-related message board, a guy claimed that he ruined his Moogerfooger delay by running it in a feedback loop and that the ever increasing volume fried the circuit destroying it completely. Now, I don't know if this story is true, but it got me worried.

I make noise... very loud, very harsh noise... and I'd like to get a MuRF to experiment with, both inside and outside of my feedback loops. Is frying the MuRF by using it in this way a realistic possibility?
