I am having a problem with my phaser's output. I have also noticed a similar problem with the lfo out on my 102.

If I put any cords into the cv inputs the phaser loses out put. I have to jiggle the drive knob to get it to work again. This is a disappointing situation.

I also found that the lfo out on the 102 has the same problem. There was no output. So I tried jiggling the drive knob and it started working again. Obviously something is wrong with both of these units. I bought both in October.

I have e-mailed tech and general and have not recieved a reply.

The purpose of this message is to ask those who have owned moogerfoogers for some time - what sort of maintanance can I do to make sure that this problem does not become terminal? Should I try some switch cleaner or something? I would have to take the unit apart, if I was going to.

Either way having to jiggle knobs on brand new equipment does not make me happy.
