I just got a new Mac powerbook OS/X with Sibelius 3.x and plugged in the PianoBar so I could do note entry from the piano. I recorded Track 1 with one sound, and then Track 2 with another sound. So far so good.

But when I got to the 3rd track, I could hear it while I was recording, but I couldn't hear the previous 2 tracks. The only way I could hear the other notes was to put them on the same channel. Same thing in playback.

Test 1

I took the MIDI multitrack file I created, walked over to another keyboard, plugged in the file and it sounded all my tracks with their own sounds upon playback.

Test 2
=====
Using the same laptop and Sibelius, I plugged in a Casio keybaord. No problem recording multitrack here.

On the PianoBar

I wanted each channel on its own track. I don't understand how the MIDI routing works or how to set it up.

Can somebody walk me through setting up the correct MIDI routing on the PianoBar?
