What's up everyone

my name is kent and i'm a culinary grad from a school in az, although i'm always learning. i think this seems like a great place for people to get answers and ask questions, i'd love to help anyone out there, but i'll probably be the one asking the questions, i love everything culinary, especially artistic pastry work, ie sugar, chocolate... although not a lot of experience there, wwell, i gotta run, i've got threads to post
