My name is Sean and a Guidance Counsellor by profession. I am however hoping to become a professional chef in the near future

I am currently registered in an associate degree programme pursuing Hospitality, Tourism and Entertainment Management. The dream is to major Food and Beverage Management

I will appreciate any recommendations that will be forth coming. I honestly did not know that learning to cook the correct way, could be so difficult
