Just wanted to say thank you to Nicko and Jeremy for having me as a ChefTalk guest. I'm also honored to learn that my current book, The Food Substitutions Bible was nominated for an International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) Cookbook Award in the reference category. I'm looking forward to discussing the book (or anything else) in the ChefTalk Forum.
