We are interesed in making American style pecan pies, brownies, muffins, ..etc. As for the Frozen dessert, I am looking into using my bakery products and frozen dessert products to create novelties and treats. Dont get me wrong, I am able to do it but time for me is limited I do know that all of you are unique in your style, well known in the bakery and decoration/garnishing business and I want to know if you are as good in what we are interested in (i.e. pies, brownies, muffins, treats ..etc.).
