Hi all, correct me if I'm mistaken, but haven't I seen pastry chefs use what basically is a funnel with a handle that controls how much sugar comes out, something like a pancake batter dispenser. What are they and where would I get them? Also what would be the best technique for creating solid and hollow columns? Any help is much appreciated
