I'm thinking about what kind of bussiness I might what to try to get into and what kind of internship to try after I've started school for Pastry Arts. My question is, what is a career like in the catering bussiness? What kind of work is it, what are the hours like, and what do you enjoy/dislike about it ? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
