Hi, My name is Zulma E. Brooks, I am struggling to start my catering/personal chef business here in Harlem, NYC. I am going to culinary school in October in the mean time I am enjoying my summer with no money but looking for a PT job. I was a cashier for 2 years, it got me no where so I am trying to network and find my first client to cook for. I have no means of marketing myself though I have put together an extensive menu of services and price list. I'm just really bored and want to work in the field that I love, I am the first in my family to finish college and I dont want to go backwards. I need money! but ANY WAY i am just floating around looking for some way to find my first big break as a culinary professional. By the way I went to college for Hotel & Restaurant management. thanks for reading!
