Hello everyone,

I have just been accepted to the Penn state college of Tech. to pursue my Associates degree(AAS) in Baking and Pastry , a two-year ACF accredited program. I will be starting in JAN. 2007; I can't wait , I am preparing for the work ahead by studying Bakers percentage,Formulas, and other basic recipes(I have made countless sponge cakes, pastry creams, bonbons, ect according to the recipes in the CIA Pastry student textbook).

I would love to here any suggestions/advice/stories that may be helpful .

-Thank you-
