Hi everyone, I'm new here and thought this would be the perfect place to ask my question
Does anyone know how to make/have a recipe for potato ice cream? (not sweet potato)

I tasted it once a few years ago at the Canadian National Exhibition and it was delicious! Smooth & creamy, better than regular ice cream in my opinion. I've scoured the net but can't find anything for potato ice cream. I suspect the company who made it was forced out of business by the dairy association - it tasted so good they were probably worried about competition.
