Two Serving

Marinate two 3 ounce portions of Tempeh at least 20 min. Fresh Soy Tempeh is preferred

Marinade
2 Tsp Soy Sauc
2 Tsp Worchester Sauc
6 Tsp wate
1 Tsp Liquid Smok
½ Tsp fresh grated Ginge
½ Tsp suga
¼ Tsp Garlic powder

Heat sauté pan, and 2 Tbls olive oi
Remove Tempeh from Marinade, place in sauté pan. Cook until lightly browned, then flip and brown the other side

Mayonnaise
3 Tbls Hellmann’s Mayonnais
Juice of ¼ lim
½ Tsp fresh grated Ginge

Spread bun with Mayonnais
Place Tempeh on bu
Squeeze fresh Lime juice on Tempeh, then top with fresh grated Ginger
Top with Lettuce and sprouts
