Went to Puerto Rico recently on a business trip. Never been there before and stayed in Dorado. Got to tell you about Mangere Italiano Restaurant. Very outstanding, great wine selection (had two different Cabernets from Chile) on two different nights. Had the finest Italian dish I've ever eaten called Penne alla Mastriciano.

Had it both nights, met the chef, got the recipe, got hugs from most of the staff, and was shown two of the wine steward's favorite wines. I can't find my notes but one was from Spain and the other Australian.
