He, hope you guys can help me out. About a year ago i signed up at poker room thru their website, www.pokerroom.com I never made a deposit, but a buddy gave me a 20 gift voucher. So i played with the money and never deposited. I sent an email awhile back asking them if im eligible for an initial deposit bonus still since i never actually deposited money. they said yes. So i used the BW link this time to download the software on my new PC.......different one then i used previously but since i already had an account i used the name i already created. I made the deposit for the 5x $200 but only got credt for their standard 10x $100. I asked their help desk and they said i didnt use the BW link to sign up the first time. Is there anything you guys can do, i know sometime you pull strings. I have not yet played a hand and wont until i hear back from you. just wondering if you guys can talk to your contacts over there and see if i can get the 5x $200 credited. anything you can do would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
