Greetings!

Has anyone ever run into any problems signing up with HoldEm Poker?

I got my account and I can log in. When you want to change your account to real money, they want you to pick a piece of documentation (drivers license, passport) and provide the number of it.

I have tried it with both my drivers license and my passport, but every time I click on proceed, it tells me that I should check my details again.

No matter what I do, I can't get past this step and it is very frustrating.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Maybe I am just retarded. Their support is really slow and hasn't replied yet, so maybe someone on here knows what is going on.
