I signed up for Poker Rewards yesterday. I then deposited 500$ because on the website it says just deposit $500 and get a $200 bonus. Then after that I get an email saying I have to sign up for the "Rewards Member section" The email said all the promos will go through that. So I signed up for that.

Now I can see the signup bonus listed with all the promos in the "rewards section" but there is no button that lets me "activate" it like the other promos listed. And the dates are not correct for when it started and would expire. I also logged in and played a few raked hands and they did not show up as raked hands for the promo.

I am begging to think that since I deposited before I signed up for the "rewards members section" that my first deposit was not credited for a bonus.

They have a very confusing bonus setup. Their homepage even says that the ONLY catch is you have to play 10x raked hands.

Anyone know whats going on or what I need to do?

I emailed Dave and have not heard back from him.
