hi after looking at some bonouses i have decided that i am going ot do the betfred one which is 10x . it say that i need to Play 10 times the bonus on raked hands. what does that mean? below i will copy and paste what it says that i need to do

Only raked hands played at blinds of $0.25/$0.50 and above for pot limit / no limit, or stakes of $0.50/$1 or above for fixed limit will count towards clearing the bonus. Your bonus clearance progress can be monitored through the cashier in the poker software.
