When depositing money from neteller onto a b2b site.. it by default says Eur, do I leave it as that or change to USD?

When I eventually withdrawl back into neteller I assume I change it to USD right?

I'm in the USA if that matters..

I heard something about a fee if done the wrong way.. can someone explain.

(I searched a bit, coulnd't find and am very computer stupid.. and was hoping I could get a quick/easy to understand explaination)
