aztec riches will not process a withdrawal request to my neteller account. it has been 8 days. they state that neteller transfer will be complete in 48 hours.

i have emailed them requesting information. they do not respond. i have called several times and left messages on the poker rewards 24/7 help desk. i got 1 call back to tell me that someone else would be calling me about the transfer. that did not happen.

today i called and actually got to speak with someone, she ended up sending me the following email.

that is great i guess, except that i used neteller and it specifically states up to 48 hours. this is a simple withdrawal of funds, no bonuses or anything out of the ordinary. i do not understand this clearing period and have never seen it before.
