I'm new to bonus whoring, I did a little bit of poker with no problems and have recently moved into Casino bonuses.

7sultanscasino gave freeplay for 15 minutes with a max profit of $200 which I hit and then created a real account and deposited $100 into it but I didn't get the $200, so I e-mailed them and got this:

Their site had 4 different Terms & Conditions for this one bonus all over the place, I read the first 2 and figured I knew what was going on. I obviously didn't want an $85 deposit bonus when I could have had a $50 deposit bonus and $200 on top of it.

What would be the best way to try to get my bonus? Nice tone or threaten to cash my money out or what?
