About getting both rakeback and bonus from sites that deducts rakeback from the bonus.

Do i understand it correct that these sites that deduct rakeback from the bonus does that on a monthly basis. So if you for example play out 95% of a bonus and then the rest next month you would get rakeback for the first 95% of your play and the full bonus (but no rakeback of course for to latter 5% of play since it will be deducted becasue of you bonus payout.).

Do all sites operate this way that deducts rakeback or is it just some sites where you can do this at. Heard this was possible for example at eurobet so i assume you atleast can do this over at Pokerroom. Of course the bonus cant be paid out increasingly like on Absolute if this should work(although they allow both bonus+rakeback there, but if they didnt this would not be possible, right?)
