I thought i might start a thread in here to see if anyone can help me out with this.

Betholdem had a promotion running that said "cant be combined with any rebate promotions"

With rebate promotins they also included rakeback. For most people this wasnt a problem since they credited their account anyway but atleast I got screwed

But does anyone know what the term "rebate promotions" includes or is this a "made up" term by betholdem that is not common "poker language". I never ever seen that term used before.
