K, decided to do the 250 hands and get this $50 bonus. Put everything in correct went from bonuswhores link and put the money in thru neteller.

The money ended up in the sportsbook/games section when I did the deposit even though I know I asked it to be put in poker.

I called CS and they seemed somewhat clueless.

I moved the money over to poker like they said and it does not show anything under the bonus section in the cashier?

I am really not sure what to do. I even tried to cashout once and it told me that I was not able to cashout through the method I put money in with, Neteller? The CS told me I had to request transfer from BET34725?

Not very clear. I dont see the bonus pending or know that it actually exists for poker since the money was put in the sportbook area as my deposit.

Can anyone give me a clue? I did search first and really did not see anything to help. If I am not going to get the bonus then I would be just happy to cashout now and leave them be.

If anyone can give me their experience with this site I would appreciate it. I kinda wonder if the bonus is just hidden until I fulfill it but I would like to confirm this first and confirm that they send money through the sportbook and make you transfer it to poker.
