So I planned on doing BetFred today and I depostied and according to the site its still done by 10x raked hands at .25-.50 NL but when I went and asked the CS live support he told me I'd get 10$ released for every 500points. I said wtf!!! and he told me it was just changed to a point system today. however he did tell me i could email support to request they honor my raked hands bonus since thats the T+C I agreed apon. bunch of bs though.
