I am trying to get onto the site and when I go to login it says that my account has been locked and to contact support.

I have emailed them several times and they are telling me that there is no problem and that I should be able to log in.

I have tried many times, and I keep getting the same old message.

Is this a problem on my end? I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled it and it is still not allowing me access.

I look at their phone number...1 866 33 3238 and it isnt connecting to anything...isnt it short one digit?

Sorry for posting, but I thought maybe someone on here would have some suggestions.
