For those of us who missed out on Bayou! I received this mail today

Comes with a 9x clearance requirement and 90 days.

This leads me to the question, does anyone know if this is like a PR bonus where you can deposit and withdraw straight away, or do they work like Bayou with a WR? I've had a look on FCP but couldn't find anything (screaming kids cut my search short though!)
