Golden Riviera has a sign up bonus X5 max $50 as we all know or do we..? Here is my story with them:

I signed up, deposited $500 and played 283 qualifying raked hands on 2nd of february. Then I emailed CS and claimed my bonus. What happened... Nothing! After couple of days I emailed CS again and yet Nothing! Now 11 days has passed and 5 emails sent and no answer and no bonus.

Terms & Conditions on their website says: "Your bonus will be credited to your poker account within 12 hours after you meet the terms above with regards Raked Hands and email our help desk asking for your match bonus."
