Since the weekly bonus ended, I decided to cash out my account at Golden Riviera. That was last Mon (Jan 2nd). Since that time, I have provided them a copy of my drivers license and utility bill (Jan 3rd). Still no sign of my cashout.

I have also spoken on the phone with customer service regarding it, and they have told me they will pass it on the the "cashout manager". Has been 2 days since I was told this, and still no cashout.

Furthermore, I logged into my account and expected to see a pending cashout that I could reverse if I wanted. Again, I see nothing.

I'm starting to get a little worried about this, especially with the Bet365 fiasco going on as well.

Anyone have a similiar experience with Golden Riveria as I have had?
