I just got off the phone with eCash Direct. I had played 400 of my 500 raked hands at Classic Poker according to Crypto Counter, but I started getting a bad feeling about the rake amounts when a friend of mind said his raked hand count wasn't accurate.

Turns out instead of 400 raked hands, I have 7.

They changed their raked hand "definition" to $1. I use the quotes because they actually rake EVERY hand at Classic Poker, unlike some sites, but it's not an officially raked hand until the rake reaches $1. It used to be $0.25.

For them to change the amount like this without publicizing anywhere is unbelievably poor customer service. They don't even list the amount on their website. You also can't even call them directly to ask a question or lodge a complaint because their north american toll free number is either listed improperly or disconnected.

Stay far far away from this site. The site admins also need to change the information about what constitutes a raked hand here.
