Hi,
Party is running SnG-Qualifiers for the Monster-Promotion, so does Empire.
If you look at T&C of the Qualifiers at Party, you see the following strukture:
But if you look at the T&C of the Qualifiers at Empire, you can see this little difference:
So a friend of me played this Qualifier, finishing 1st place ... and got nothing (ok, he got the seat, but not the $5 first price).
He emailed the support, regarding this problem, and after several emails between him and support, the support answered like: "Well, this Pay-Out structure is wrong, you get nothing, thank you, bye"
WTF? Well, it's only $5 (or $8 because he played it twice, finishing 2nd the first time) but ... how can this be? They even haven't changed the structure on their website as you can check here: http://www.empirepoker.com/monster/qualifiers/dailyqualifiers.html
But what can he do? Its only 10 bucks, but 10 bucks every and every SnG that starts. What about the same thing in a $100-SnG? You play, win, get nothing and they just say "Sorry"?
I think they at least should give him back the BuyIn or s.th. like that.
Somebody has and idea what we can do? His not that highroller an just playing for the fun of it, so its disappointing twice.
EDIT: I surely must say that he played it at Empire.
