Please let me know what you think of the Lighting? and also what will make the image look better all in all.
i know the lights in the windows look crap please comment!

Clouds are combination of 6 images put together so it would cover the sky dut to size. lighting was done in illustrator then worked on in photoshop.

The water is from the orginal image.

The lightning bolts being black.

the lightning bolts where a very dark blue and with the adjustment lay...
