This is a bitch post.

On 5/5/5, I was dealt a bonus hand (pocket 5's with a 5 on board) and was playing at $1/$2. That day I filled out their online form and received an autoreply but no bonus was added to my balance.

After about a week, I emailed them, included the autoreply and a copy of the hand history at issue. I received an autoreply again but no bonus was added.

A few days later, I emailed again.

A few days later, I phoned.

Today, I received an email informing me that the hand bonus is only valid on pounds and not dollar tables.

I figure I have to drop the issue, but I am curious, have others collected from totalbet on bonus hand promotions at $1/2?
