Ok, I knew I was missing something simple but I never figured it out before I saw this on another forum. I've added this thread so the next person who wants to know might find it if they do a search.

"You can just copy the playernotes file from Pokerroom, open it up with notepad and change the screenname on top from the one you used at Pokerroom to the one at Eurobet [and presumably any other skin], and you're set."

The file swap was obvious but I've missed the part about making the alias change until now. Such a dumbass... I'd been swapping notes by hand and it was a tedious pain in the ass.
