This is a sportsbook/casino/ poker room (shares with Paradise).
I signed up thru an affiliate offering some kind of comp.

I forgot about this site for 3 months and then requested a withdrawal.

10 days go by, and I see they haven't paid me.
So I attempt to log in and these bastards lock my account.
No warning e-mail, no notification, nothing.

I call them up. CS tells me I set off a red flag.
This was because I didn't wager anything.
Apparently they had problems with people depositing with CC's and then withdrawing through a different source, AKA laundering.
I explain to him why this doesn't apply to me since I used the same Neteller account for both withdrawal and deposit.
Also, IT WAS A $105 DEPOSIT!!!
I try to reason, but they want verification

Fine, just give me my money.
They wanted the following.
1. copy of ID
2. written letter stating reason for not playing at their site (WTF??)

I jump thru their god damn hoops, request another withdrawal and..
THEY LOCK MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

I call them up, and they realize they f'd up and say only 15 DAYS FOR THE WITHDRAWAL.

2 days later I got my money.

PLAYERSONLY_dot_com, 0 out of 10.
