Just got me a Wacam tablet and I'm a COMPLETE newb with it, but I LOVE it and I believe this thing can help me create so much more art than I can.

Any tips, pointers, etc. that anyone can give me? Also, I'm having trouble getting the pad itself the same size or resolution as the screen in which I'm trying to work on in Photoshop. Kinda hard to explain what I mean, but if you do, mind explaining anything about that?
