FYI, there is a pretty big hole in the security at some Prima sites. In order to change your password, you can't do it within the bounds of the software. You must divulge to some "trusted" employee what you would like your new password to be. This can be via email or livechat or phone. It really doesn't matter, because it sucks.

Below is the content of an emal I sent to their attention. Of course, they did not respond.

Some of their websites even talk about setting the password that "only you will know".
