I'm wondering if this application exists. Basically, I hard code my website. It's a bitch, but I prefer it to do it this way.

Anyhow, I'm wondering if there a program out there that would "read" the news page and by using special tags (e.g. <h1>, <h2>, etc.) would build the RSS/XML file automatically.

Any ideas?
