deposited money into my bet365 poker account on august 1st via my moneybookers account. On their website it states play 250 raked hands and get a 50 bonus. Email for bonus and it will be credited within 48 hours. So i emailed them yesterday after i played over 300 raked hands. I get an e-mail back from them today saying that they need to send me a verification letter in the mail. I have to fill it out and send it back. Then they will credit the bonus to my account. Excuse me???????? It does not state this in there terms and conditions. I call them and say forget about the damn bonus and send me my money that i deposited and won during my day at your poker room. They said they couldnt do that either. I have to fill out the form and send it back.

What a crock of sh..it.

I wasnt even planning on cashing out. I just wanted my bonus credited to my account. Now because of this. I want all my money and i want it now.

It amazes me how these people think that they can make you jump through all these hoops and and still be a happy customer.

JUST A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF PLAYING AT THIS BOOK OR POKER ROOM.

Its going to be a month before i see any money back from them.
