I signed up with a rakeback provider last month. The payout date was 5 days ago and they haven't paid up yet. They are claiming Absolute is changing things around and so payments to them are held up.

Well if that were the case I figure it would be systemwide and some other ho's would be having the same problems with their providers.

Anyone else?
