Me and my wife both had accounts at Party. Yes, she is real. Yes we phoned Party when we made the account for her and was assured everything was ok. Fast forward to last month, I can't deposit due to "duplicate Neteller accounts." Yes we share it, which we also told them when the account was created. Anyways, given the recent crackdown at party skins, I had her write and close her account to solve the problem. Only guess what? It didn't. I still get the same error. Call PayPro. The dude who was speaking some sort of English dialect informs me that, though we did close my wife's account, the Neteller account was already flagged so it doesn't do any good. Lovely, glad they didn't tell her that when she explained why she was closing the account. Especially since she COULD still deposit using Neteller!!!! He then procedes to tell me the only thing I can do is create a NEW Neteller account and tie my account to that. WTF? What in living hell kind of service and support is that? I hate to say it, but I may just have to give up on Party and play at another skin for good. Sucks, going to miss out on a bunch of reloads. But at some point, it just isn't worth it. I think I reached that point.
